    Sanja’s Coaching Style

    Sanja utilizes the following techniques:

    NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming):

    NLP relates thoughts, language, and patterns of behavior learned through experience to cause specific outcomes. NLP providers work with people to understand their thinking and behavioral patterns, emotional state, and aspirations. By examining a person’s map, the coach can help them find and strengthen the skills that serve them best and assist them in developing new strategies to replace unproductive ones.

    Mindfulness-based coaching is an approach that involves a combination of examining cognitions, using meditation, and the cultivation of a present-oriented, non-judgmental attitude called “mindfulness.” It teaches people to consciously pay attention to their thoughts and feelings without placing any judgments upon them.

    In addition to NLP and MBCT techniques Sanja incorporates reality therapy and non violent communication techniques.

    Sanja is an advocate of couples coaching; she found it tremendously helpful to do couples coaching with her ex partner. Couples coaching helped Sanja and her ex unite t in order to coparent their daughter, despite separation.

    Sanja is a business owner in Croatia, a mom, and a people lover. Sanja enjoys dance, reading, and socializing. Sanja is incredibly resilient and passionate about life, she has learned to love the ups, downs, twists and turns of human life. Sanja’s positivity is a ray of sunshine for clients.
