Teletherapy

We provide teletherapy in MD and VA and virtual coaching internationally.

All of our practitioners provide easy, seamless online appointments accessible with a computer or smartphone. Our system is integrated with the calendar and with your patient portal. One login, one platform. We will send you an automatic link prior to your session. You can login at your session time and voila! You can meet with your therapist at your session time from the comfort of your home or from your office, anywhere!

We encourage parents of young children to arrange for an hour of uninterrupted time for couples therapy and coaching, if possible. If you are unable to dedicate an hour to therapy, discuss with your therapist alternative ideas to help you get the most from your therapy or coaching session.

Telehealth appointments can be very beneficial if getting to a traditional in-person appointment is not convenient, or you simply just don’t want to.
