Shannon’s Story
Shannon holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in Maryland and Washington, DC. Her journey into therapy was driven by her personal experiences and a deep belief in the healing potential within each individual.
In addition to her professional work, Shannon enjoys spending time outdoors, playing competitive volleyball, relaxing with her partner and her cat, and reading in her hammock. She believes in the power of connection-whether with nature, oneself, or others-as a cornerstone of healing and growth.
