Jasmine specializes in working with teens, individual adults, and couples at all stages of their relationship. She especially enjoys helping clients navigate infidelity and betrayal. As part of several marginalized communities, Jasmine is passionate about working with LGBTQ+ clients (including writing gender-affirming letters) and people of color navigating the unique stressors that come from living in a world that often asks us to do more with less. She also enjoys working with individuals adjusting to life changes, high-performing folks juggling burnout, and clients with ADHD who want help managing focus, organization, and overwhelm. No matter who she works with, her main goal is helping you heal, transform, and fully honor your authentic self.

Jasmine’s Therapy Style Jasmine blends warmth, directness, and a little humor because although therapy can be hard, it doesn’t have to feel stiff. She pulls from a mix of approaches, including somatic therapy, so you can actually feel and process your emotions in real time. She is trained in AEDP, PACT, and Prepare/Enrich, which basically means she has a toolkit for attachment, communication, and big life transitions. Her goal is to collaborate with you to focus on building insight, managing overwhelm, and creating space for the real “unmasked” you.

Jasmine’s Story

Jasmine earned her master’s degree in social work from the University of Maryland and has worked in oncology, schools, and private practice. Outside of therapy, you can usually find her playing or watching sports, curled up with a good book, or watching musical theater. One of her favorite quotes by Bell Hooks reminds her why she does this work: “Rarely, if ever, are we healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.” She loves celebrating the wins, big and small, and bringing that same energy into the work she does with clients.
