His work is inclusive of clients challenged with anxiety, depression, isolation, OCD, trauma, gender, sexuality, substance use, self harm, suicidal ideation, low self esteem, relationship, and communication issues.

    Bobby’s style

Bobby’s approach to counseling is to be fully present and attuned with his clients. He utilizes an empathic approach to ensure that clients feel heard, seen, felt and supported. He believes that every person has the capacity for change.

Through exploration, change may look like an increased ability to regulate emotions, having a stronger connection to one’s own body, improved ability to identify and manage triggers, reduction in irrational thoughts, and decrease in the frequency, duration and intensity of symptoms.

    Internal Family Systems
    Integrative Somatic Parts Work
