School, relationships, friends, college. All of these are stressful and often come with challenges. You may not want to talk about everything with your parents or caregivers or even with your friends. Here we respect that as a teen you need a place to talk honestly about how you are feeling. We make sure you feel comfortable enough to get the help you need while keeping your sessions confidential. The best way to cope is to talk, as hard as that can be sometimes, it works and you will feel better.
High-performing students struggling with the demands of school, extra-curricular activities, and college applications belong here.
